Craftsmanship, Design & Character
Founded in 2011 by Mohd Shehzad, Rug Studio grew from a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship and artistry behind rugs and carpets. Based in Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh, a region known for its carpet-making heritage, Rug Studio brings together traditional craftsmanship and contemporary design to create distinctive floor coverings for modern interiors. Over the years, Rug Studio has developed collections spanning hand-tufted, hand-knotted, Persian, jute, shaggy, designer, abstract and contemporary rugs. We work with skilled artisans and trusted manufacturing partners to bring carefully developed designs to life. For us, a rug is more than a floor covering. It is an element of interior design that adds warmth, texture, comfort and personality to a space.
