Return & Refund Policy for Rug Studio

At Rug Studio, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns in cases where the product is received damaged.

To validate a damage claim, customers must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video recorded from the beginning without cuts or edits

  • Photos/videos clearly showing the damaged product and packaging

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for return or refund approval.

2. Customized Products

Customized or made-to-order carpets/rugs are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances unless the product is completely different from the confirmed order.

3. Return Request Process

If you receive a damaged product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share your order details

  3. Provide the required unboxing video and damage proof

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product and evidence are reviewed, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be credited within 7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns/refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Customized carpets/rugs

  • Minor color variations due to screen differences

  • Incorrect order placed by customer

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Claims without proper unboxing video proof
