1. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns in cases where the product is received damaged.
To validate a damage claim, customers must provide:

A clear unboxing video recorded from the beginning without cuts or edits

Photos/videos clearly showing the damaged product and packaging
Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for return or refund approval.
2. Customized Products
Customized or made-to-order carpets/rugs are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances unless the product is completely different from the confirmed order.
3. Return Request Process
If you receive a damaged product:

4. Refund Process

5. Non-Returnable Situations
